Debbie Croston
Administrative Director
Debbie Croston has worked for Hamilton since 2004 and is responsible for the management of both UK offices, overseeing all HR activities, procurement, travel and event management. In her early career she worked for a number of professional service companies as a senior PA, including Logica, Stone and Webster Engineering and Pannell Kerr Forster.
Whilst raising her family, Debbie worked within primary schools supporting children with special educational needs and subsequently ran her own interior design business, primarily working within hospitality.
