Duncan joined Hamilton Pyramid in November 2021 as an Operations Analyst to support the Southern Europe team.

In 2018, Duncan was appointed Resort Maintenance Manager at the Iberostar Playa Paraiso, a Caribbean five-star Resort with 2,500 keys. He was responsible for ensuring the efficient and cost-effective operation of all technical installations through strong problem-solving and decision-making. He was also directly involved with the development, planning and spending of annual CAPEX plans.

Prior to joining Hamilton, in 2020, he moved back to Spain and joined AMM, a leading engineering firm in the Balearic Luxury Real Estate market, as a Design Engineer.

Duncan graduated from the University of Leeds with a MEng in Energy Engineering and is fluent in Spanish, English and Catalan.
