Before joining Hamilton Pyramid Europe, Thuy entered hotel asset management with a solid background in hospitality management across diverse markets, including Europe, the Middle East, and Vietnam. Starting her career at Kempinski Hotels and later with Jumeirah Group, she demonstrated a commitment to operational excellence.

Assuming the role of Director of Hotels & Resorts Operations at Novaland Group, Vietnam, Thuy took charge of overseeing hotel operators such as Accor, Minor and Centara, and spearheaded significant property developments. Later, at Global Asset Solutions – Europe/Middle East, she refined her expertise overseeing upper upscale and luxury hotels managed by IHG, Marriott, and Four Seasons.

At Hamilton, Thuy leverages her experience, leading transformative Business Intelligence initiatives for strategic asset management and sustainable growth. Adaptable in multicultural settings, she is also recognized for her collaborative and empowering leadership style.

Thuy holds an MSc in International Hospitality Business with Distinction from Glion Institute of Higher Education, Switzerland.
