Eric Reidy

Vice President - Pyramid

Eric became directly involved in Hamilton’s investment sourcing and acquisition underwriting work following the merger between Hamilton and Pyramid Hotel Group in 2020. Eric transferred from Pyramid’s Boston office to London in early 2021. Previously, Eric spent four years working on new hospitality investments in the U.S. and Europe at Pyramid. Eric led Pyramid’s acquisition underwriting team and was responsible for analyzing corporate M&A opportunities. Eric was very involved in the culmination of the merger between Hamilton and Pyramid.

Prior to his time at Pyramid, Eric was an associate at Harvard Management Company in Boston, overseeing Harvard University’s endowment investments. At Harvard, Eric was on the alternative assets investment team in a variety of finance, accounting, and investment underwriting roles. At Harvard, Eric was involved in various asset classes including direct real estate investments, private equity fund investments, and direct global timber and agriculture investments.

Eric graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administrations (BSBA) with a concentration in finance.
